Cardio & Strength (4 weeks) is a 4-week intensive fat burning and muscle building program suitable for the more advanced. If desired, beginners can also complete the program (please read the exercise instructions for simpler versions). Cardio & Strength is well suited for combination with Body Transform programs.

  • 3 workouts per week
  • length of one workout 25 min
  • recommended to use one pair of dumbbells (2-3kg). Beginners can also use water bottles for lighter weight.
  • access to training videos for 40 days

An effective training program for maximum results. The Cardio & Strength program alternates between strength training and intense cardio training to increase muscle tone and develop endurance. Combined training ensures effective fat burning.
